What is next for Talent Source?

We opened our first three branches for our Staffing division in Los Angeles, California; Dallas, Texas; and Charlotte, North Carolina. That same year, Minotaur successfully completed its second year of development.
2024
In Q1 2025, we expanded our Staffing business with 5 new branches in Miami, FL; Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ; Seattle, WA; and Chicago, IL—strengthening our national presence and accelerating growth across key U.S. markets.

We are preparing to raise a $10M round to finalize Minotaur’s development, consolidate product-market fit, and open 3 additional branches in the U.S. By the end of the year, we aim to reach $12M in revenue and grow our team to 300 employees.
2025
To accelerate growth, we will invest heavily in customer acquisition through outbound sales, SEO, SEM, organic content and strategic partnerships. Our market reach will expand through stronger branding, improved demand generation, and well-structured referral programs that drive qualified leads.

On the product side, we are enhancing scalability, refining the user experience, and optimizing pricing models to support upsells and long-term retention. Operationally, we’re focused on building a high-performing team, strengthening customer success, and securing the capital needed to scale. All of these efforts align with our goal of preparing the company for IPO readiness.
2026 2027
We plan to go public on the Nasdaq Capital Market by the end of 2028, marking a major milestone in our long-term vision. By then, our goal is to reach $50 million in annual revenue and grow our team to 1,000 employees, positioning the company as a leading force in the workforce solutions and HR technology space.
