James Sutton is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in human resources, operations, and business management. As the Founder and CEO of Talent Source Corporation, he oversees a growing portfolio of companies, including Team 360 Staffing, Minotaur, and Virtual Employee Services, driving innovation in workforce solutions and HR technology.

James began his career serving in the U.S. Army from 2000 to 2008, where he held key leadership roles, including Company Commander, Executive Officer, and Platoon Leader. He managed battalion and company-level operations, led diverse teams, and coordinated training, logistics, and deployments across multiple combat campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan. His military experience instilled in him a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Following his military service, James transitioned into corporate HR, holding senior roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC and Hubbell Power Systems, where he specialized in talent management and organizational development. In 2012, he founded CertaStaff, a staffing and workforce solutions firm that he successfully led until its exit in 2018.

James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on HR Management and Services from Florida State University, an MBA from Troy University, and a Master’s degree in Economics from Emory University. His expertise in talent acquisition, workforce optimization, and HR technology continues to shape the future of staffing and employment solutions through Talent Source Corporation.

Daniel Kim

Board Member

Daniel Kim is a highly accomplished attorney and entrepreneur, bringing a wealth of legal and business expertise to the Board of Directors at Talent Source Solutions. As the Managing Partner of The Law Offices of Daniel Kim, he leads one of the largest personal injury law firms in Southern California, recognized for its excellence in client advocacy and legal strategy.

Daniel’s career combines legal acumen, military discipline, and business leadership. Before founding his law firm in 2014, he served as a Paralegal NCO in the U.S. Army (2003-2010), where he gained invaluable experience in legal operations and case management. He also worked as a Personal Injury Law Clerk at Lee & Associates (2007-2008), honing his expertise in civil litigation.

Daniel holds a BBA from the University of Maryland and earned his Doctor of Law (JD) from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. His strategic mindset and deep understanding of corporate law, compliance, and risk management make him a valuable asset to Talent Source Solutions, where he contributes to governance, legal oversight, and strategic decision-making.

Christopher Hotz

Christopher Hotz is a technology-driven entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in software engineering, product management, and corporate acquisitions. As a Board Member at Talent Source Solutions, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and investment acumen, contributing to the company’s long-term vision and operational growth.

Christopher began his career as a Software Engineer at Motorola (1998-2000) before joining AON (2001-2013), where he advanced from Software Engineer to Senior Manager, leading complex technology initiatives and team development. He later transitioned into Product Management at Ventiv Technology (2013-2015), where he played a key role in developing innovative solutions within the risk management and insurance technology sector.

In 2014, Christopher founded Hotz Group, where he spearheaded acquisitions and business expansion. Under his leadership, the company successfully acquired 521 Promo, a major player in the custom game and promotional industry. In 2021-2022, he expanded his investment portfolio by acquiring a minority ownership stake in Virtual Employee Services, reinforcing his commitment to workforce solutions and technology-driven business models.

Christopher holds a BS in Computer Science and Information Systems from Dakota State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. His deep expertise in technology, corporate strategy, and acquisitions makes him a valuable asset to Talent Source Solutions, where he provides insights on innovation, operational efficiency, and business scalability.

Bradley Blayone

Bradley Blayone is a seasoned business leader and sales strategist, bringing extensive experience in global sales, human resources, and workforce solutions to the Board of Directors at Talent Source Solutions (TSS). With a strong background in business development and strategic partnerships, he plays a key role in expanding market reach and optimizing sales operations within the organization.

Bradley holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta, graduating in 1996. His expertise in engineering, operations, and resource management has provided him with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

As a Board Member at TSS, Bradley leverages his experience in sales leadership, workforce management, and strategic planning to contribute to the company’s long-term vision and operational excellence.

Ramesh Veluru

Ramesh Veluru is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and executive leader, bringing over 25 years of experience in IT, healthcare software, and the food & beverage industry to the Board of Directors at Talent Source Solutions (TSS). As a visionary CEO, he has a proven track record of helping Fortune 1000 companies and SMEs leverage technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business growth.

Ramesh began his career as a Manager at Ramsoft Systems (1996-2002) before becoming a Partner and Owner at Magna Systems International (2002-2010), where he played a key role in IT solutions, staffing, and business development. Since 2010, he has served as the President and CEO of Resource Point LLC, leading the company in IT staffing, software development, cloud solutions, AI, and eCommerce. Under his leadership, Resource Point has become a trusted partner in custom software development, mobile applications, and enterprise integration.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Ramesh combines technical expertise with business acumen, allowing him to drive innovation, digital transformation, and strategic workforce solutions. His deep knowledge in IT staffing, offsite project development, and AI-powered solutions makes him an invaluable asset to TSS’s Board, where he provides guidance on technology adoption, operational efficiency, and corporate strategy.

Dennis O'Neil

Board Member

Dennis Oh is a Korean-American actor and model renowned for his work in both the South Korean and international entertainment industries. Born in the United States, he pursued studies in photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Dennis began his modeling career at the age of sixteen and gained significant recognition in Asia, particularly after winning the 22nd Korean Model “Best Dressed” award in 2005. He transitioned into acting, starring in notable South Korean television dramas such as “Sweet Spy” (2005-2006), where he played a mysterious spy, and “East of Eden” (2008), portraying Mike Packard. ​

In addition to his entertainment career, Dennis serves on the Board of Directors at Talent Source Solutions (TSS), focusing on marketing strategies in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. His deep understanding of Asian markets and cultural nuances enhances TSS’s efforts to strengthen its presence and brand recognition across APAC.​

Brian Welp

Brian Welp is a seasoned financial executive with nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and strategic financial management. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Talent Source Solutions (TSS), he oversees financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Brian’s career spans multiple industries, including consumer goods, manufacturing, and food production, where he has successfully led financial operations at both Fortune 500 companies and private enterprises. Before joining TSS, he served as CFO at Tendergrass (2022), where he played a pivotal role in financial planning and corporate strategy. Prior to that, he held Director of Finance roles at Martin Preferred Foods (2022) and The Fresh Food Group (2018-2021), driving financial performance and business transformation.

Earlier in his career, Brian honed his financial expertise in multinational corporations, serving as Financial Controller at FMC Technologies (2014-2017), Manufacturing Account Manager at Halliburton (2012-2014), and Financial Account Manager at Nestlé Purina (2006-2012). His ability to integrate financial analytics, process optimization, and strategic decision-making has consistently contributed to enhanced financial health and operational excellence.

Brian holds a BBA from the University of Iowa and a Master’s degree in Finance from Harvard Extension School. His leadership and expertise in corporate finance, financial controls, and strategic planning make him a key player in scaling Talent Source Solutions for long-term success.

José Piedrahita

Chief Revenue Officer

José Piedrahita is a results-driven marketing and sales leader with over a decade of experience in brand positioning, business growth, and corporate communications. As the Director of Sales and Marketing at Team 360 Staffing, he is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and developing innovative strategies to connect businesses with top talent.

With a strong foundation in marketing and business strategy, José has played a key role in shaping the visibility and commercial success of multiple companies across diverse industries. Prior to joining Team 360 Staffing, he served as Head of Marketing at Solunion (2017-2023), where he spearheaded marketing initiatives across Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.

Before Solunion, José held key marketing roles at Pactia (2016-2017) and Conconcreto (2013-2015), where he managed large-scale marketing and communication strategies, led multidisciplinary teams, and optimized branding efforts across various channels. His expertise includes digital and traditional advertising, media relations, lead generation, and corporate culture development.

José holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from EIA with a dual degree from the University of Glasgow. His expertise in marketing, sales, and strategic brand positioning continues to drive Team 360 Staffing’s expansion and industry impact.

Luis Vega

Luis Vega is a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and the staffing industry. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Talent Source Solutions, he oversees the company’s operational efficiency, process optimization, and revenue operations, ensuring seamless execution across teams and business units.

Luis’s journey within Team 360 Staffing is a testament to his exceptional analytical skills, decision-making ability, and leadership acumen. He started as a recruiter and rapidly advanced through roles including Supervisor, Operations Manager, and RevOps Manager, before stepping into his current position as COO. His deep understanding of operational excellence and talent strategy has been instrumental in scaling high-performing teams and driving company growth.

With over five years of experience in RPO and staffing, Luis has led operational teams of 80+ professionals, delivering top-tier talent solutions across North America, Europe, and Latin America. Additionally, with more than eight years of experience in international customer service, he possesses a strong grasp of diverse business cultures and global workforce dynamics.

Luis holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering from UIS and an MBA from the University of Antioquia (UdeA). His expertise spans operations management, RevOps, human resources, marketing, agile methodologies, and corporate strategy. A strong communicator and negotiator, he excels in fostering collaboration, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading with emotional intelligence to drive sustainable business success.

Neal Harper

Chief Security Officer

Neal Harper is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and former U.S. Navy Commanding Officer with over three decades of experience at the intersection of national security, technology, and business strategy. He currently serves as Chief Security Officer at Talent Source, where he advises the organization on federal market entry, growth strategy, and bid competitiveness, leveraging deep expertise in defense, intelligence, and national security.

Neal was also the CEO and Managing Partner of Digital Armor, a cybersecurity and managed IT firm providing CIO services and tailored technology solutions for commercial and government clients. Over the past 15+ years, he has held executive and advisory roles across multiple sectors—including as Director of Business Development at Semantic AI, where he led go-to-market strategies for enterprise AI/ML solutions in the federal and defense sectors.

In parallel with his business career, Neal served over 30 years in the U.S. Navy Reserve, retiring as a Commanding Officer with extensive leadership in information systems, cyber operations, and C4I across multiple commands. His final post involved working directly with CIO senior leadership at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

Neal also brings entrepreneurial experience in real estate through BNL Asset Management, where he leads multifamily investment and development efforts. He is known for his hands-on leadership, strategic insight, and deep understanding of both government and commercial market dynamics.

Giovanni Beleño

Chief People Officer

Giovanni Beleño is a highly experienced human resources leader with over 15 years in the staffing industry, specializing in organizational development, talent acquisition, and leadership assessment. As Head of Human Resources at Talent Source Solutions (TSS), he leads the recruitment team while also managing internal HR strategies, ensuring that both operational and strategic HR initiatives align with business growth.

Throughout his career at Staffing de Colombia (2006-2022), Giovanni advanced through key roles, from HR Coordinator to Regional HR Director, gaining extensive expertise in workforce management, employee development, and organizational culture. His ability to blend psychology, neuropsychology, and HR strategy sets him apart in designing high-impact training programs and leadership development initiatives.

Giovanni holds a degree in Psychology from UNAB, a specialization in Human Talent Management from Konrad Lorenz, and a Master’s in Neuropsychology from Universidad de San Buenaventura Medellín. His clinical training in neuropsychological assessment and intervention has allowed him to integrate neuroscientific principles into executive function evaluation and leadership enhancement. By leveraging neuropsychological insights, he has successfully implemented targeted training programs to optimize performance, improve decision-making, and strengthen leadership teams.
